Effective September 22, 2026. This policy covers the HAULTOWN website (haultown.com) and HAULTOWN text messages. HAULTOWN is operated by HAULTOWN LLC, Charleston, South Carolina.

Website

This website has no forms, accounts, cookies, analytics, or advertising pixels, and we do not collect personal information through it. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard request data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested to deliver and secure the site.

Text messages

If you give HAULTOWN your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we use your number and message history to send one-time sign-in codes and updates about jobs you request or accept, and to respond to HELP and STOP requests. Our messaging provider, Twilio, delivers these messages on our behalf.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile information and text-message opt-in consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

If you contact us by phone or email, we use what you send only to respond.

Booking service

Public booking is not yet available. A full privacy notice for the HAULTOWN booking service will be published here before booking opens.
