During the transition
Planned local hauling support for furniture, cleanout, and property-related coordination.

Eligible post-closing pickups and cleanout work with the client relationship still protected.

HAULTOWN does not use or provide agent-referred service-request information for Southern Bell Living real estate solicitation or to displace or compete with the referring professional.
A hauling request is not permission for real estate contact.
For a customer who comes directly to HAULTOWN, real estate contact by Southern Bell Living requires a separate affirmative request or permission.

Independent Haulers are not real estate representatives and are not authorized to discuss, recommend, solicit, or market real estate services.
Complementary does not mean bundled.
HAULTOWN and Southern Bell Living are separate companies. Neither service is required by, bundled with, or a condition of using the other.
Operational follow-through matters
These protections must also be reflected in access controls, referral-source fields, marketing suppression, Hauler onboarding, scripts, vendor permissions, and incident handling. Public language cannot replace operational enforcement.

No. Independent Haulers are not real estate representatives and are not authorized to discuss, recommend, solicit, or market real estate services.
Does using HAULTOWN create a real estate agency relationship?
No. A HAULTOWN request is a separate logistics interaction and does not create a brokerage or real estate agency relationship.
Can Southern Bell Living contact a customer who came directly to HAULTOWN?
Only after a separate affirmative request or permission for real estate contact. A hauling inquiry alone is not permission.
Are HAULTOWN and Southern Bell Living the same company?
No. They share a founder but are separate companies with separate services, records, pricing, contracts, and responsibilities.
